Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
American Metal & Technology, Inc. (the “Company”) has announced in a press release issued on April 7, 2008 that it purchased an additional four (4) CNC lathes machines during the first quarter ended March 31, 2008. Three of the lathes have already been put into production, while the installation of the fourth machine is expected in April 2008.
The Company now has a total of sixty (60) lathes, including fifty six (56) preexisting machines, and the four (4) recently purchased machines.
