1. The holdings reported herein include shares acquired pursuant to dividend reinvestment and exempt from reporting under Section 16(a).

2. These shares were withheld by Edison International for the payment of the exercise price and the minimum tax withholding obligations.

3. This transaction was executed in multiple trades at prices ranging from $79.88 to $80.11. The price reported reflects the weighted average sale price. The Reporting Person hereby undertakes to provide upon request to the SEC staff, the issuer, or a security holder of the issuer, full information regarding the number of shares and the separate prices at which the transaction was effected.

4. The options vested on or before January 2, 2024.

5. 7,463 options vested on or before January 2, 2024; 3,730 options will vest on January 2, 2025.

6. 9,430 options vested on or before January 2, 2024; 4,715 options will vest on January 2, 2025.
