On February 2, 2005, Zila, Inc. issued a press release announcing that the Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) cleared a product to be marketed as an adjunct to a ViziLite® examination. The product contains Zila® Tolonium Chloride (“ZTC™”) and is the first commercial use of ZTC™ in the United States. A copy of the press release is furnished with this filing as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
