ITEM 7.01. REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
On May 15, 2006, Select Comfort Corporation issued a press release announcing authorization by its Board of Directors to repurchase up to $150 million of its outstanding common stock through 2008. The Board also approved a 3-for-2 stock split of its outstanding shares of common stock. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
