ITEM 8.01. OTHER EVENTS.
On February 20, 2008, Ernest Park, who has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for the Company since May of 2006, announced his plans to leave the Company to become the chief information officer at 3M.
Wendy L. Schoppert, who has served as Senior Vice President – International since January of 2007, and who has led the team spearheading the implementation of the Company’s ERP systems migration to an integrated suite of SAP®-based applications, will assume the responsibilities of chief information officer for the Company, effective immediately.
