The company held its annual meeting of shareholders at The Northland Inn located in Minneapolis, Minnesota on Wednesday, May 14, 2008.
At the annual meeting, shareholders re-elected to the Board of Directors Christopher P. Kirchen, Brenda J. Lauderback, Michael A. Peel and Jean-Michel Valette, each for a term of three years, expiring at the 2011 annual meeting of shareholders.
Also at the annual meeting, shareholders approved the selection of KPMG LLP, certified public accountants, as the Company’s independent auditors for the fiscal year ending January 3, 2009.
