Explanation of Responses:

1. Shares issued in settlement of performance stock units granted in 2022 which vested upon the Issuer's achievement of 7.0 EH, 7.5 EH, 8.0 EH and 8.5 EH of total processing power on July 8, 2023, July 9, 2023, July 12, 2023 and July 22, 2023, respectively.

2. Shares were applied to payment of withholding taxes in connection with the vesting and settlement of the above-mentioned performance stock units.
