On November 11, 2019, Weingarten Realty Investors, a Texas real estate investment trust, issued a press release announcing updated transaction activity for 2019 and reaffirmed the 2019 guidance for both acquisitions and dispositions. A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
