Section 8 – Other Events
Item 8.01 Other Events.
On September 28, 2012, the Company’s 6.25% Senior Notes due September 1, 2019, began trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol “WSFSL”. The Senior Notes will trade “flat,” meaning that purchasers will not pay and sellers will not receive any accrued and unpaid interest on the Senior Notes that is not included in the trading price.
