1. (I) The reported shares are in accounts of clients of Tocqueville Asset Management, L.P. (The "Reported Person"). The Reporting Person may be deemed to be the beneficial owner of the reported shares. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of the reported shares except to the extend of his or its pecuniary interest therein, and his report shall not be deemed an admission that such Reporting Person is the beneficial owner of the securities for purposes of Section 16 of Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or for any other purpose.

2. Charles D. Morgan, a related person of Tocqueville Asset Management, L.P., serves as a Director of Inuvo, Inc. Rich Howe, an advisory client of Tocqueville Asset Management, L.P., serves as Chairman and CEO of Inuvo, Inc.

3. Securities were distributed in-kind on 12/9/2016 to Members of Tocqueville Monument Fund LLC without consideration. Tocqueville Monument Fund LLC ceased operations on 11/16/2016.
