Item 8.01 Other Events.
On August 28, 2013, RBC Life Sciences, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors adopted a program to repurchase, at management's discretion, up to 111,000 shares, representing 5% of the shares of the Company's currently outstanding common stock.
A copy of the Company's press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
