Item 8.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 16, 2011, Kinetic Concepts, Inc. (“KCI”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has determined that it will amend KCI’s Fifth Amended and Restated By-Laws prior to its 2012 annual shareholder meeting to declassify the Board of Directors.
