Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On May 4, 2021, Michael J. Yates, Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of IDEX Corporation (the “Company”), and the Company agreed to separate. Mr. Yates is expected to remain with the Company until January 1, 2022, and provide transition services.
