Section 5 – Corporate Governance and Management
Item 5.02. Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
At a meeting of the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors on December 7, 2016, a salary increase was approved for Mr. Theodore C. Miller, Chief Financial Officer .
Effective January 1, 2017, Mr. Theodore C. Miller will receive an annual salary increase of $12,500 making his new annual salary $75,000.
The Company continues to have neither written employment agreements nor oral arrangements with any of its corporate officers.
