Item 8.01 Other Events
On September 28, 2012, the Company issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has authorized an increase in the previously announced plan to repurchase up to $2,000,000 of its common stock, which original plan was effective March 5, 2012. The increase in the plan, which is effective as of September 28, 2012, increases the previously announced repurchase plan for an additional $2,000,000, or $6,000,000 in the aggregate. A copy of the press release dated September 28, 2012 is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
