On May 13, 2015, MAM Software Group, Inc. (the “Company”) will deliver a corporate presentation (the “Presentation”) at the 16th Annual B. Riley & Co. Investor Conference in Los Angeles, California. A copy of the Presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
