Significant Accounting Policies [Text Block] | NOTE 2. MAM Software Group, Inc. is a leading provider of integrated information management solutions and services and a leading provider of cloud-based software solutions for the automotive aftermarket sector. The Company conducts its businesses through wholly-owned subsidiaries with operations in Europe and North America. MAM Software Ltd. (“MAM Ltd.”) is based in Tankersley, Barnsley, United Kingdom (“UK”), Origin Software Solutions, Ltd. (“Origin”) is based in the UK (MAM Ltd. and Origin are collectively referred to as “MAM UK”), and MAM Software, Inc. (“MAM NA”) is based in the US in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. Principles of Consolidation The condensed consolidated financial statements of the Company include the accounts of the Company and its wholly-owned subsidiaries.
