MAM Software Group, Inc. is a leading provider of integrated information management solutions and services and a leading provider of cloud-based software solutions for the automotive aftermarket sector. The Company conducts its businesses through its wholly-owned subsidiaries with operations in Europe and North America. MAM Software Ltd. (“MAM Ltd.”) is based in Tankersley, Barnsley, United Kingdom (“UK”), Origin Software Solutions, Ltd.
