Represents restricted stock units acquired by the reporting person upon the achievement of the performance criteria of the performance-based restricted stock units granted on March 22, 2021, as certified by the Human Capital Management & Compensation Committee on March 14, 2023. The common shares underlying these restricted stock units will vest in full on February 3, 2023, subject to the reporting person's continued service with the issuer through such date.
