Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
Effective July 1, 2006, Pride increased the base salaries and 2006 target bonuses under Pride’s annual incentive compensation plan for certain of its officers. The compensation amounts for Pride’s officers as of July 1, 2006 who are named in the Summary Compensation Table included in Item 11 of Pride’s annual report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2005 are set forth on Exhibit 10.1 to this current report, which is incorporated herein by reference.
