Effective July 1, 2007, Pride increased the base salaries and 2007 target bonus percentages under Pride’s annual incentive compensation plan for certain of its executive officers. The base salaries and target bonus percentages as of July 1, 2007 for Pride’s named executive officers who are currently executive officers of the company are set forth on Exhibit 10.1 to this current report, which is incorporated herein by reference.
