On May 18, 2004, Wind River Systems, Inc. (the "Registrant") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months ended April 30, 2004. The press release did not include certain other financial information that will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission as part of the Registrant's Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended April 30, 2004.
