Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 22, 2021, OTC Markets Group, Inc., issued a press release welcoming Aixin Life International, Inc.to the OTCQX. A copy of the Release is annexed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report.

Aixin Life International, Inc. has qualified to trade on the OTCQX® Best Market. AiXin Life upgraded to OTCQX from the OTCQB® Venture Market and the symbol for its common stock which begins trading today on OTCQX remains “AIXN.”
