PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA
In connection with the issuance by the Province of British Columbia of U.S.$1,250,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 1.750% Bonds, Series BCUSG-10, due September 27, 2024 (the “Bonds”), the undersigned registrant hereby amends its Annual Report on Form 18-K for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2018 (the “Annual Report”) as follows:
