Middlefield Banc Corp. Announces 2017 Third-Quarter Cash Dividend Payment
MIDDLEFIELD, OHIO, August 15, 2017 ◆◆◆◆ Middlefield Banc Corp. (NASDAQ: MBCN) today announced that the company’s board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.27 per common share payable on September 15, 2017, to shareholders of record on September 1, 2017.
