Explanation of Responses:

1. Includes restricted stock units issued on January 8, 2025 that were scheduled to vest and settle in shares of Lindsay Corporation's common stock on a one-for-one basis on November 1, 2025. Mr. Gokcen resigned from the Board of Directors of Lindsay Corporation effective January 9, 2025; as such, the unvested 973 restricted stock units were forfeited and no shares will be issued with respect to any portion of the unvested award.
