Synergetics USA, Inc. (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on December 13, 2011. The following is a summary of the matters voted on at the meeting:
(a) David M. Hable, the only director nominee, was elected to serve a three-year term ending in 2014, as follows:
