On July 21, 2008, Patriot Scientific Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding a letter from the Company’s Chief Executive Officer to the stockholders of the Company. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
On July 21, 2008, Patriot Scientific Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding the retention of Ibis Consulting Group as their new Investor Relations firm effective August 1. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
