Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On October 30, 2008, Registrant terminated Lin Dai, Chief Executive Officer of Kiwibox Media, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Registrant, and a director of Registrant, effective immediately. Registrant is preparing to commence litigation against Mr. Dai to pursue outstanding claims against him.
