Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On July 31, 2016, the Registrant accepted the resignation of Joseph J. Tomasek from his position as a member of the Board of Directors of Registrant. Mr. Tomasek’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Registrant in relation to any of Registrant’s operations, policies or practices.
