Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
On June 19, 2015, shareholders of MedeFile International, Inc. (the “Company”), owning an aggregate of 322,888,427 shares of common stock of the Company, representing 56.4% of the Company’s 572,953,672 issued and outstanding shares of common stock, approved by written consent an amendment to the Company’s articles of incorporation, to effect a one-for-twenty reverse split of the Company’s common stock.
