On October 26, 2010, Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust (the “Company”) announced its financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2010. A copy of the Company’s Quarterly Financial and Operating Supplement Package is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this report on Form 8-K.
