On July 24, 2012, Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust (the “Company”) announced its financial results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2012. A copy of the Company’s July 24, 2012 press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 8-K. A copy of the Company’s Quarterly Financial and Operating Supplement Package is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this report on Form 8-K.
