On October 11, 2012, TOR Minerals International, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it will release the Company's third quarter 2012 earnings results after the markets close on Thursday, October 25, 2012.
A webcast discussing third quarter 2012 results will be accessible immediately following the earnings release via the News section of the Company's website, http://www.torminerals.com. The webcast will be led by Dr. Olaf Karasch, President and CEO, of TOR Minerals.
