ITEM 1.01 ENTRY INTO A MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT.
On August 24, 2015, TOR Minerals Malaysia, Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary of TOR Minerals International, Inc., executed an amendment to their banking facility with HSBC Bank Malaysia Berhad, a Malaysian Bank. The purpose of the amendment was to extend the maturity date of the banking facility from June 30, 2015 to June 30, 2016. All other terms and conditions remained the same.
