(TSX: DII.B DII.A) today announced it has declared a regular quarterly dividend of US$0.125 per share on the outstanding number of the Company’s Class A Multiple Voting Shares, Class B Subordinate Voting Shares and Deferred Share Units. The dividend is payable on July 6, 2007 to shareholders of record as at the close of business on June 27, 2007.
