Explanation of Responses:

1. Options granted to Mr. Beaty under the Company's Incentive Stock Option Plan.

2. On September 17, 2024, the Company's Board of Directors repriced the 100,000 and 650,000 ISOs, granted on November 29, 2023, at the price of $0.935 per share, to 110% of the closing price at September 16, 2024, which was $0.37 per share, to $0.41 per share, with all other terms of the originally granted ISOs to remain the same.

3. On September 17, 2024, the Board of Directors adopted resolutions to extend the conditional dates of Mr. Beaty's 650,000 ISO's related to the Viva-US Telecommunications, Inc. conditions of required customers by one (1) additional year.
