In the Current Report on Form 8-K filed by the Federal Agricultural Mortgage Corporation (“Farmer Mac”) on December 19, 2008, Farmer Mac disclosed that Guggenheim Partners, LLC paid an aggregate purchase price of $75,000,000 on December 15, 2008 for 70,000 shares of Farmer Mac’s newly issued Series B-3 senior cumulative perpetual preferred stock. The amount reflected for the aggregate purchase price should have been $70,000,000.
