On November 9, 2009, the Federal Agricultural Mortgage Corporation (“Farmer Mac”) issued a press release to announce its financial results for third quarter 2009 and a conference call to discuss those results and Farmer Mac’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2009. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99 and is incorporated herein by reference.
