On September 23, 2003, Bridge Bancorp, Inc. announced that the Board of Directors of Bridge Bancorp, Inc. had appointed Howard Nolan, CPA, CFE, to the Board of Directors of Bridge Bancorp, Inc. and its banking subsidiary, The Bridgehampton National Bank. Mr. Nolan will assume duties at the regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors on November 17, 2003.
