The Company's Board of Directors unanimously approved a reverse stock split of
the Company's common stock at a ratio of one (1) share for twenty-five (25)
shares. The reverse split became effective on December 4th, 2001. After the
split, the Company has 3,365,131 shares of common stock issued and outstanding.
Prior to the split, the Company had 84,128,298 shares of Common Stock
outstanding.
The Company reduced its authorized capital shares in proportion to the reverse
split. The authorized capital stock of the Company consists of 28,000,000 shares
of common stock. Prior to the split, the Company was authorized to issue
700,000,000 shares of common stock.
The Company's Board of Directors also unanimously approved a change of the
Company's trading symbol. The Company's new trading symbol is OTC Bulletin Board
symbol "MTIV."
