5.02(b) Departure of Director
On December 10, 2004, the board of directors of SAFLINK Corporation received notice from director Marvin J. Winkler that, effective immediately, Mr. Winkler resigned from the board of directors of SAFLINK for personal reasons. There was no disagreement between SAFLINK and Mr. Winklerrelated toSAFLINK operations, policies or practices. Mr. Winkler did not serve on any committees of the board of directors.
