Item 8.01 Other Events.
On Friday April 4, 2008 we announced our divestiture of our 40% equity interest in UP Chemical Company as described in the press release furnished at Exhibit 99.1.
Also, on Monday April 7, 2008, we announced our acquisition of Gracel Display, Inc. as described in the press release furnished at Exhibit 99.2.
