| Plum Creek Timber Company, Inc. was notified on January 12, 2006 of Deanna Oppenheimer's resignation from the company's Board of Directors. Ms. Oppenheimer cited scheduling conflicts and time constraints arising from her recent appointment as UK Banking Chief Executive Officer with Barclays in London as the sole reason for her resignation from the Board. Ms. Oppenheimer's resignation is effective January 12, 2006. |
