RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES
CRH plc announces that yesterday, 19th December 2018, it transferred to participants in its employee share scheme 4,464 Ordinary Shares at a price of €16.19 per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 27,196,798 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 816,193,540.
