RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES
CRH plc announces that yesterday, 22nd May 2023, it re-issued 918 Ordinary Shares at a price of €46.15 per Ordinary Share for the purposes of satisfying the vesting and release of an award under the CRH 2014 Performance Share Plan.
Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 17,768,724 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 734,371,614.
