Item 8.01. Other Events.
On February 23, 2010, the Registrant announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.21 per share, payable on March 23, 2010 to the holders of record of common stock of the Registrant on March 9, 2010, representing a 10.5 percent increase in the Registrant’s quarterly dividend.
