Explanatory Note
On May 24, 2023, the Company filed its interim financial statements, Management’s Discussion and Analysis and the required officer certifications with respect to its operating results for the three months ended March 31, 2023, on Form 6-K. Subsequently it was discovered that Exhibit 1 to the filing was incorrectly designated by the Company’s Edgar filing agent, resulting in an error when opening the exhibit. As a result, the Company is filing this Amendment No. 1 to the original Form 6-K, which includes the original exhibits in their entirety, including a correction to the designation of Exhibit 1.
