Item 5.02. Departure of Directors of Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
(c) On August 25, 2004, the board of directors of PLX Technology, Inc., appointed Larry Chisvin as PLX Technology's Chief Operating Officer. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Chisvin served as PLX Technology's Vice President of Marketing beginning in May 2000. From September 1998 through May 2000, Mr. Chisvin was employed by Neomagic, a semiconductor company, as Director of Marketing. From May 1996 through September 1998, Mr. Chisvin was employed by LSI Logic, a semiconductor company, as Director of Marketing. Prior to LSI Logic, Mr. Chisvin was employed in a variety of marketing and engineering positions at S3, Philips, Western Digital, and Digital Equipment Corporation. Mr. Chisvin received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
Mr. Chisvin does not have an employment agreement with PLX Technology.
