On September 19, 2022, Cognex Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release in connection with its Analyst Day which included an update regarding the Company’s revenue guidance for the third quarter of 2022.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto and furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
